WebLibrary is free, requires no account and is provided as is. Because your library lives on your own device, the responsibility for it is yours too.
1. Scope
WebLibrary is an application that stores the links you save on your own device. The app and the services on this site are provided by OtunLabs.
2. No accounts
You do not register and you are not asked for personal details. Because we do not verify your identity, we cannot recover, transfer or reset your account — there is no account to recover.
3. Your data is your responsibility
Your library is held on your device and we hold no copy. If you lose your device, clear the app's data, uninstall the app or forget your vault password, the data cannot be brought back.
The app provides backup tools. Using them, and keeping your backups somewhere safe, is your responsibility.
4. The private vault
Vault contents are encrypted on your device with a key derived from your master password. We do not know that password and cannot learn it. If you forget it, the vault contents become permanently inaccessible.
The vault is not absolute protection against someone with physical access to your device, or against malware on it. Using your device's own screen lock is recommended.
5. Transfer codes
The code shown during a device-to-device transfer carries the decryption key for the package. Anyone who sees the code can open your library. Sharing it only over a channel you trust is your responsibility.
6. Third-party content
The content behind the links you save does not belong to us and is not reviewed by us. Showing a page's title, description or logo does not mean we endorse that content.
Do not use the app to store or distribute unlawful content.
7. Interruption and change
The title-fetching and device-to-device transfer services run through our server; they may be interrupted, changed or discontinued. If that happens your library keeps working on your device — only newly saved links will arrive without a title.
8. Disclaimer of warranty
The app is provided "as is". No undertaking is given that it will run without interruption or error. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for data loss or indirect damages arising from use of the app.
9. Changes
If these terms change, the effective date on this page is updated. Continuing to use the app means you accept the current terms.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.
